- Servers and bartenders must have 1-year minimum experience in the catering and banquet service industry, including employment at fine dining establishments.
- Bartenders must be flexible and be available for service work as needed.
- Kitchen staff members are required to have (or be currently pursuing) a degree from a culinary arts institute, or have relevant industry experience. Kitchen staff members must also own a set of professional cutlery knives, as well as a no-logo chef coat, kitchen chex, and lace-up non-slip black restaurant-code shoes.
PLEASE NOTE: weekend availability is required, particularly during season busy times of the year.
