Employment Opportunities

• Banquet servers and bartenders must have a minimum of 6 months experience in the catering and/or banquet service industry.
• Bartenders must be flexible and be available for service work as needed and must carry a valid OLCC permit.
• Kitchen staff members are required to have a degree from a culinary arts institute, or have relevant industry experience. Kitchen staff members must have solid black work pants, or chex pants, as well as black non-slip restaurant-code shoes.
• All staff need to have reliable transportation and a working phone or email.
• All staff need to have (or be willing to obtain) an Oregon Food Handler’s permit.

PLEASE NOTE:

Weekend availability is required, particularly during seasonal busy times of the year.
