Employment Opportunities
- Servers and bartenders must have at least 6 months minimum experience in the catering and banquet service industry, including employment at fine dining establishments.
- Bartenders must be flexible and be available to work as servers when needed. Bartenders must own a bar kit.
- Kitchen staff members are required to have (or be currently pursuing) a degree from a culinary arts institute, or have relevant industry experience. Kitchen staff members must also own a set of professional culinary knives, cut glove, as well as a no-logo white chef coat, black skull cap, black pants, and black non-slip restaurant-code shoes.
- A California Food Handler Card must be submitted within 30 days of employment by all staff members.
