At Total Success Event Services we have the resources, knowledge and expertise to identify, screen and secure top level talent for a wide range of hospitality positions, such as servers, bartenders, culinary, and event management staff.

We take great pride in our staff selection process and training program. Our staff are meticulously screened and selected to ensure they have the experience, commitment and dedication to service needed to make your event an unforgettable experience. Our screening process includes reference and background checks, as well as written and oral assessments created by our Human Resource Associates. All prospective candidates complete an extensive hands-on training course that covers all areas of fine dining and catering events, from setup to breakdown. We consistently monitor each active staff member’s performance, and offer additional training as necessary.

Our staff members are immaculately presented, as they are required to adhere to the strictest grooming and attire standards. All uniforms are either provided or inspected by our associates upon successful completion of training.
